Brazilian Jiujitsu
The BJJ program offers classes for beginners through advanced students. You will start with fundamental movements, defense, escape, and submission techniques from varying positions. Building up to transitioning and smoothly moving to flow from one position to another to obtain “dominant” control of your opponent and apply a submission technique. Our class features lots of controlled “specific” training scenarios, that reinforce the weekly techniques in controlled situations, helping to build up to executing the techniques in live sparring. Rolling/Sparring is not mandatory but it is highly encouraged.
Technical Sparring
Technical Sparring is an intermediate to advanced class focused on applying striking techniques in a live, controlled environment. With minimal coaching, athletes sharpen their timing, distance management, and technical decision-making through realistic, high-repetition rounds.
Kids Jiujitsu
The kid’s class covers the beginner adult class curriculum in a more fun and kid-friendly environment with a focus on movements, defense, and position. Your children will learn how to work together as a team while developing themselves as individuals. They will build their self-esteem and self-confidence while learning to respect themselves and others.
Judo
Whether you're new to martial arts or refining your stand-up skills for Brazilian Jiujitsu, these Judo classes offer a safe, structured setting to build confidence through fundamentals like breakfalls, gripping, movement, balance, and high-percentage throws, progressing to combinations, counters, and practical applications. Each session features technical instruction, partner drilling, and situational training, with controlled randori introduced gradually once a solid technical base is established to develop timing and application under resistance. The curriculum blends traditional judo with modern grappling practicality—making it an ideal complement to BJJ while honoring judo as both a martial art and Olympic sport—and supports goals ranging from fitness and self-defense to competition or personal growth in a positive, supportive environment for all experience levels.
Striking
This class offers a multi-pronged approach to improve striking. Pad work teaches proper execution of strikes, so we learn how, when, and what strikes to throw. Shadowboxing and bag work allow continuous reps to fine tune techniques. Combined with a cardio program to build "fight" conditioning, this class provides a great workout while teaching students how to use their limbs as weapons.
Jiujitsu Fundamentals
Learn the very basics of grappling in this fun, hands on class, with a focus on the jiujitsu moves you use every single time you roll. This class is designed to help you connect the dots, so you can start seeing the big picture and give you the skills you need to get unstuck and start improving your positions. With lots of situational drilling designed to help you understand the principles behind why moves work and how to apply them to multiple situations. Most importantly we put the FUN in fundamentals!
We also have time slots on our schedule dedicated to Sparring and Open Mat.
